First, God loves you.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16


Second, sin separates us from God.
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23
Because of our sin, we fall short of heaven's perfect standard and we deserve separation from God in hell.


Third, Jesus died to pay the penalty for your sins.
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
Jesus died for your sins so that you can be forgiven and spend eternity with Him in heaven.


Finally, you can receive that gift of forgiveness and eternity in heaven if you put your faith in Jesus to save you.
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."  Romans 10:13 If you pray and confess that you are a sinner, ask Him to forgive you, and accept Him as your Savior, He promises to give you the gift of eternal life.
