HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL HORIZON SERVICE?
In total, a Horizon Baptist Church service is about 60 minutes in length. Service begins with our music director leading the church in singing to the Lord. After the music portion of our service, one of our team members will usually give announcements regarding upcoming church activities and events. Then, our senior pastor will come up to preach an engaging, biblical message from the Word of God.
What's the culture like at horizon?
Sundays at Horizon Baptist Church are friendly, exciting, and encouraging. Many of our members dress in more traditional "Sunday" attire, but our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable on your visit here at Horizon Baptist!
What about my kids?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week - and at Horizon, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our kids program the first time that you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in for the kids experience. Our kids program is offered at our Sunday morning and Thursday evening services for kids age infant through Grade 6.
